Caitlyn Quickle made a big impact no matter where she played. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. Quickle has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances. Quickle was even better at the plate, going 3-for-4 with three runs, four RBI, and a triple.
In other batting news, Carly Sanders was a standout: she went 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Jobey Hattan, who scored four runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4.
