Baseball Recap: J.Z. George Takes a Loss

J.Z. George lost against Riverside back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jaguars came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 16-1. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Jaguars couldn't push the score so high this time.

J.Z. George's loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-15-2. As for Riverside, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

J.Z. George does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Riverside, they have already played their next contest, a 10-9 victory against Greenville Christian on the 12th.
