Dexter won the last time they faced Bucksport and things went their way on Thursday too. The Dexter Tigers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bucksport Golden Bucks 53-21. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

Dexter is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.3 points per game. As for Bucksport, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dexter will welcome Orono at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bucksport, they will be playing in front of their home fans against George Stevens Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
