Volleyball Recap: PikeView Comes Up Short

PikeView lost against Wyoming East back in October of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors.

Wyoming East can attribute much of their success to Lauren Staton, who had ten assists and four aces.

PikeView has been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 14 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-17 record this season. As for Wyoming East, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-14-3 record this season.

PikeView will venture away from home to square off against Greenbrier East at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wyoming East, they will square off against Van at 5:30 a.m. on Monday.
