Recap: Atlantic County Institute of Tech vs. Ocean City Raiders
After flying high against the Triton Mustangs last Friday, Atlantic County Institute of Tech came back down to earth. Atlantic County Institute of Tech took a 47-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ocean City. Atlantic County Institute of Tech has not had much luck with Ocean City recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Leading Ocean City to victory were Marley Ostrander and McKenna Chisholm. Ostrander scored eight points along with three steals, while Chisholm scored eight points along with 12 rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Brielle Smith, who scored six points along with two steals.
Atlantic County Institute of Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 17-7. As for Ocean City, their win bumped their record up to 6-17.
Atlantic County Institute of Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ocean City, they will head out on the road to challenge Camden Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ocean City is coming into the match with five straight victories on the road, so Camden Catholic is out to stop a team with plenty of momentum.
