You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for East Paulding on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 55-37 victory over the Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Raiders.

Despite the defeat, Kennesaw Mountain saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Nya Ford dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Those 14 points gave Ford a new career-high.

East Paulding's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-9. As for Kennesaw Mountain, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.
