Basketball Recap: Vision Snags Eighth Win in Last Ten Games

Vision had won two straight home games and Raelynn Nickel did her part to make it three on Tuesday. Vision snuck past the Victory Charter Vipers with a 33-27 win thanks in part to Nickel, who posted 12 points in addition to eight steals and five assists. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 35 games she's played dating back to last season.

Vision is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.9 points per game. As for Victory Charter, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-11 record.

Vision will head out on the road to take on Liberty Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Liberty Charter's defense has only allowed 28.4 points per game this season, so Vision's offense will have their work cut out for them. Victory Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
