Baseball Recap: Out-of-Door Academy Comes Up Short

Out-of-Door Academy has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 4.08 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Tuesday. They lost 10-1 to the Braden River Pirates. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Thunder couldn't push the score so high this time.

Out-of-Door Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Braden River, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Out-of-Door Academy will head out to square off against IMG Academy Gold at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Out-of-Door Academy's pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so IMG Academy Gold's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Braden River, they are taking a road trip to challenge IMG Academy Gray at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
