Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Kinsley walked away with it. They blew past the Stanton County Trojans 11-1 on Wednesday. The Coyotes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matchups by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Woodrow Lancaster, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Parker Burr, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Kinsley, bringing their record up to 15-6. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.2 runs over those games. As for Stanton County, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-12.

As of now, neither Kinsley nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
