Nokomis put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Tri-City Tornadoes. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Redskins also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Nokomis easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-4, 25-16.

Addison Glenn paced Nokomis' offense, picking up 13 kills. Glenn got some help from Kinley Stolte and her 19 assists.

Nokomis' win bumped their record up to 20-0. As for Tri-City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-15.

Coming up, Nokomis will look to defend their home court on Monday against Hillsboro at 7:00 p.m. As for Tri-City, they will square off against Lutheran at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
