Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Clover Hill). Everything went their way against the Richmond High School for the Arts Bulldogs on Tuesday as they made off with  an  18-2 win. The  victory continues a trend for the Cavaliers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won five in a row.
 Paige Marshall was a  major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. The dominant performance also gave  her a new career-high in  strikeouts (three). She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with two  triples, three  runs,  and two  RBI.
 In other batting news, Clover Hill got a  massive  performance out of  Analia Reyes, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with two  triples, three  runs,  and three  RBI. Those  three  runs gave  Reyes a new career-high.  Alejandra Wittman was another key player,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with two  runs, one  triple,  and one  stolen base.
 Clover Hill  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 20  hits. They are  a perfect 7-0 when  they post 11 or more  hits.
Clover Hill's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Richmond High School for the Arts,  they are  on  a  20-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
 Coming up, Clover Hill will challenge Prince George at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Cavaliers will need to watch out since the Royals have now posted at least ten  runs  in their last four matches. As for Richmond High School for the Arts, they will face off against Monacan at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
