Recap: Purdue Polytechnic Techies vs. Linton-Stockton Miners        
        
		
            
 The Purdue Polytechnic Techies pushed their score all the way to 55 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They received a tough blow  as they fell  69-55 to Linton-Stockton.
 Several Techies players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Antwan Dorsett, who  scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was  Damion Green, who  scored 12 points.
 Purdue Polytechnic's defeat dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Linton-Stockton, the  win was  the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-4.
 Purdue Polytechnic will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bloomington South at 7:30  p.m.  on February 20th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked  in Indiana (Bloomington South is ranked 90th, while Purdue Polytechnic is ranked 79th). As for Linton-Stockton, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Terre Haute South Vigo at 7:30  p.m. Linton-Stockton is coming into the  game with four straight  wins at home,  so Terre Haute South Vigo is out to stop a  squad with plenty of momentum.
