Volleyball Recap: St. John-Endicott Takes a Loss + How To Watch

St. John-Endicott managed to slip by Dayton the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles came up short against the Bulldogs on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-12, 25-22.

Lily Barlass paced St. John-Endicott's offense, picking up seven kills. Barlass got some help from Sophie Anderson and her 18 assists. Anderson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

St. John-Endicott's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Dayton, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

St. John-Endicott has already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Tekoa-Rosalia on the 21st. As for Dayton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Touchet on the 20th.
