Basketball Recap: Malden Comes Up Short

Malden lost against Beverly back in January of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Malden Golden Tornados took a 49-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beverly Panthers. The Golden Tornados have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Malden's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Beverly, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6.

Coming up, Malden is taking a road trip to face off against Acton-Boxborough at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Beverly does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
