Soccer Game Preview: Stratford vs. Bunnell + How To Watch

The Stratford Red Devils will head out on the road to face off against the Bunnell Bulldogs at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

On Thursday, Stratford and Bethel finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Bunnell had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.8 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Cougars. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Bunnell's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut soccer rankings (they are ranked 25th, while Kolbe-Cathedral are ranked 87th).

Bunnell's win bumped their record up to 8-1-1. Stratford's draw makes their record 5-2-2 this season.

Stratford suffered a grim 5-1 defeat to Bunnell in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. Can the Red Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
