Basketball Recap: Lordstown Comes Up Short

Lordstown was the 65-62 winner over Cardinal when they last played one another back in February of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The Lordstown Red Devils had to suffer through a 74-46 loss at the hands of the Cardinal Huskies. The Red Devils just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Lordstown's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Cardinal, the victory snapped their losing streak at 13 games and leaves them with a 3-17 record.

Lordstown won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Windham at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cardinal, they will face off against Berkshire at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
