Volleyball Preview: Silas Rams vs. Lincoln Abes
Silas is 10-0 against Lincoln since October of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. Samantha Caron and Sonja Strom were among the main playmakers for Silas as the former had 18 digs and five aces and the latter had nine digs and three aces. That's the most aces Caron has posted since back in October of 2023.
Silas was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in 13 consecutive contests dating back to last season.
Meanwhile, Lincoln came up short against Central Kitsap on Thursday and fell 3-1. The Abes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
