Recap: Edison Chargers vs. Los Alamitos Griffins
It was a good run, but The Edison Chargers unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 21-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of Los Alamitos. The low total for Edison limited their streak of high-flying scores to three in a row.
Save Niumata threw for 119 yards and a touchdown. Carson Daniels was his top target, picking up 41 receiving yards. On the ground, Julius Gillick rushed for 82 yards.
Edison's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Los Alamitos, their win was their ninth straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 8-2.
Edison does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Los Alamitos also has no future games currently scheduled.
