Grand Ledge entered their tilt with East Lansing on Tuesday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Trojans 18-6. Considering the Comets have won 16 games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Grand Ledge's win bumped their record up to 22-2. As for East Lansing, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.

Grand Ledge didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 15-0 victory against St. Johns on the 14th. As for East Lansing, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 15-0 loss against Lansing Catholic on the 14th.
