After losing to Conneaut the last time they met, St. John decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The St. John Fighting Herald walked away with a 72-63 win over the Conneaut Spartans on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Fighting Herald.

Conneaut lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jordan Kulko, who posted 23 points. Another player making a difference was Davonte Harris, who earned 15 points.

The victory got St. John back to even at 6-6. As for Conneaut, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-13.

St. John didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-27 win against Cardinal on the 29th. Conneaut has also already played their next game, a 67-62 loss against Lakeside on the 31st.
