Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tenaha). They came out on top against the Tatum Eagles by a score of 5-3 on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Tigers needed considering they were shutout in their previous matchup.

Tenaha's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 3-7. As for Tatum, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Looking ahead, Tenaha will challenge Non Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Tatum, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Carthage at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
