Union had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.7 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 72-29 victory over the Battle Ground Tigers. Given the Titans' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked ninth, while the Tigers are ranked 320th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Despite the loss, Battle Ground still got an impressive performance from Ava Robertson, who posted 15 points and five boards. The dominant performance gave Robertson a new career-high in points.

Union's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.8 points per game. As for Battle Ground, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.

Union will host Skyview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Union knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 19 games -- so hopefully Skyview likes a good challenge. Battle Ground does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
