Basketball Recap: Granger Takes a Loss

Granger was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Warden Cougars, falling 54-26. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-30 two weeks ago.

Granger's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Warden, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-14.

Granger has already played their next game (against Tri-Cities Prep), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Warden will be playing at home against Mabton at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Mabton will roll in looking for their 16th straight victory, something Warden surely won't give up without a fight.
