Basketball Recap: Thunderbird Adventist Academy Takes a Loss

They were dealt a 44-13 loss at the hands of the Tri-City Christian Academy Warriors. Thunderbird Adventist Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-8.

Mun Sumlut was Thunderbird Adventist Academy's leading scorer, having posted eight points.

Tri-City Christian Academy found their leader in freshman Kristana Lulgjuraj, who posted 11 points along with six boards and four steals. The dominant performance also gave Lulgjuraj a new career-high in assists (four). Danee Haney was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Thunderbird Adventist Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Tri-City Christian Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-4.
