Softball Recap: Twelve Bridges Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Twelve Bridges can now relate to. They fell 3-0 to the Beyer Patriots on Wednesday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Raging Rhinos haven't been shut out since back in February.

This is the second loss in a row for Twelve Bridges and nudges their season record down to 11-9. As for Beyer, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season.

Twelve Bridges does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Beyer, they will take on Pioneer at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Beyer's pitchers better be ready for this one: Pioneer has averaged an impressive 6.9 runs per game this season.
