Basketball Recap: Trinity Academy Victorious

The third road contest was the charm for Trinity Academy, as they earned their first road win of the season. They came out on top against the Chaparral Roadrunners by a score of 46-34 on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Trinity Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-4-1. As for Chaparral, they now have a losing record at 2-3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity Academy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Chanute at 7:00 p.m. on January 28th. As for Chaparral, they will take on Mulvane in a tournament on Thursday. Chaparral is facing Mulvane at the right time seeing as Mulvane is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
