Soccer Recap: Wayne County Comes Up Short

Wayne County was the 3-0 winner over Warner Robins when they last played one another back in March of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Wayne County Yellow Jackets fell just short of the Warner Robins Demons by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The Yellow Jackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wayne County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Warner Robins, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wayne County will challenge Perry at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Warner Robins, they will face off against New Hampstead at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Warner Robins is facing New Hampstead at the right time seeing as New Hampstead is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
