Volleyball Recap: Washington International Extends Winning Streak to Three

Washington International took a three-set loss the last time they faced off against Smith Jewish Day School, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Red Devils skirted past the Lions 3-2. The win was nothing new for the Red Devils as they're now sitting on three straight.

Washington International was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-14, 0-25, 25-0, 0-25, 15-0.

Washington International's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Smith Jewish Day School, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-2.

Washington International has already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against National Cathedral on the 19th. Hopefully Smith Jewish Day School paid attention to the Red Devils' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Red Devils at 4:30 p.m. on October 23.
