Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Livingston Academy). They were the clear victors by a 13-2 margin over the Pickett County Bobcats on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Livingston Academy is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.9 runs over those games. As for Pickett County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-10.
