Basketball Game Preview: Kenmare/Bowbells vs. Surrey Mustangs

Kenmare/Bowbells will venture away from home to face off against the Surrey Mustangs at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Kenmare/Bowbells' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches.

Last Monday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Kenmare/Bowbells beat Divide County 57-53.

Meanwhile, Surrey was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were outmatched by Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood and fell 95-42. That's two games in a row now that the Mustangs have lost by exactly 53 points.

Kenmare/Bowbells' victory bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Surrey, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12.

Kenmare/Bowbells was able to grind out a solid win over Surrey in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, winning 70-57. The rematch might be a little tougher for Kenmare/Bowbells since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
