Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pentucket Regional). They blew past the Newburyport Clippers 50-13 on Friday. This was payback for Pentucket Regional, who suffered a 42-34 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Pentucket Regional pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 13.5 points on average over those games. As for Newburyport, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
