Volleyball Recap: Grovetown Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Grovetown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Savannah Christian Raiders.

Ari Stewart paced Grovetown's offense, picking up three kills. Stewart got some help from Abi Widener and her five assists. Adelena Marquez controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Grovetown's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Savannah Christian, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Coming up, Grovetown will square off against Greenbrier at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Savannah Christian, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Bridges Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
