Plainfield Central won the last time they faced Joliet Central and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wildcats walked away with a 2-0 win over the Steelmen. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Plainfield Central got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 30-28, 25-15.

Milo Nelson paced Plainfield Central's offense, picking up eight kills. Nelson got some help from Christopher Macauley and his 13 assists.

Plainfield Central's victory bumped their record up to 20-14. As for Joliet Central, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-25.

Looking ahead, Plainfield Central will face off against Bolingbrook at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Joliet Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
