Fulton can bid farewell to their five-match losing streak thanks to their match on Friday. They came out on top against the Monroe Vikings by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Jaguars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Fulton had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-20, 25-20, 25-22.

Fulton's victory bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Monroe, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11-2.

Looking ahead, Fulton is taking a road trip to face off against East Valley at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Monroe, they will take on Arleta at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
