It was a good run, but Lakeridge unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the South Eugene Axe.

Lakeridge's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for South Eugene, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-1.
