Volleyball Game Preview: Arcadia Titans vs. Saguaro Sabercats + How To Watch

The Arcadia Titans will head out on the road to challenge the Saguaro Sabercats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Arcadia is coming into the match hot, having won their last six games.

Arcadia barely beat St. Mary's the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Titans blew past the Knights 3-0 on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Titans have posted against the Knights since October 20, 2022.

Arcadia never let St. Mary's on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-22, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Saguaro didn't have quite enough to beat Cactus Shadows on Wednesday and fell 3-2. While the Sabercats didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Falcons 25-21 in the first set.

Saguaro took Cactus Shadows into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking six-point loss. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-19, 16-25, 25-23, 15-9.

Arcadia's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Saguaro, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.

Arcadia came up short against Saguaro when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 3-1. Can the Titans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
