Football Recap: Rolla Takes a Loss

If Rolla was riding high fresh off their 76-32 takedown of Miller Career Academy/Vashon/Sumner last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs were beaten by the Mountain Home Bombers 37-10 on Thursday. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 98th in Missouri, while the Bombers are ranked 21st in Arkansas).

Rolla's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Mountain Home, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Rolla will face off against North County at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for Mountain Home, they will welcome Southside at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th.
