Football Game Preview: Bethlehem Eagles/Banshees vs. Campbellsville Eagles

Bethlehem is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Friday. They will square off against the Campbellsville Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Bethlehem comes in on three and Campbellsville on four.

Last Friday, Bethlehem was able to grind out a solid win over Garrard County, taking the game 52-42.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday Campbellsville sidestepped Hazard for a 21-18 victory. Those 21 points were actually the fewest the Eagles have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Campbellsville's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Bethlehem, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Bethlehem was taken down by Campbellsville 42-6 in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. Can the Eagles/Banshees avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
