Volleyball Recap: Potosi Wins Going Away Against Juda

Potosi had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Juda on Tuesday. The Chieftains were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers. That's more bragging rights for the Chieftains, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Potosi walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-12, 25-17, 25-17.

Potosi found their leader in freshman Grace Eastlick, who had 13 digs. Eastlick has been hot, having posted 13 or more digs the last five times she's played.

Potosi is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-12 record this season. As for Juda, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-15.

Potosi has already played their next contest (against Southwestern), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Juda does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
