Football Recap: Tanner Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Tanner made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Clements, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Rattlers fell just short of the Colts by a score of 21-18 on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Rattlers in their meetings with the Colts: they've now lost five in a row.

Jake Fleming was his usual excellent self, rushing for 101 yards and one touchdown for Clements. Fleming also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making 13 total tackles and defending one pass.

Tanner's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Clements, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Coming up, Tanner will head out on the road to square off against Tharptown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Clements, they will welcome Lauderdale County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
