Baseball Recap: Western Boone Stars vs. Frankfort Hot Dogs
Western Boone won the last time they faced Frankfort and things went their way on Thursday too. The Stars walked away with a 7-4 victory over the Hot Dogs. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Stars.
Easton Nance made a big impact no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run.
