Basketball Recap: Tivy Takes a Loss

Tivy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 74-67 to the Southwest Dragons.

Tivy's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Southwest, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-9.

Tivy will take on Veterans Memorial in a holiday battle at at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Southwest, they will be home for the holidays to greet Winn at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Southwest is facing Winn at the right time seeing as Winn is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
