On Tuesday, Weatherford Christian was beaten by Fellowship Academy 70-42. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1122nd, while the Mustangs are ranked 310th).

Meanwhile, you're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for First Baptist on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew Cambridge out of the water with an 80-5 final score. The Saints have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 games by 27 points or more this season.

Weatherford Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for First Baptist, their victory bumped their record up to 20-4.

Weatherford Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against First Baptist when the teams last played back in February of 2021, but they still walked away with a 44-40 win.
