Baseball Recap: Mehlville Takes a Loss

Mehlville lost against Lindbergh last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 18-7 to the Flyers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mehlville's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Lindbergh, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-4-1.

Mehlville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 10-0 defeat against DeSoto on the 14th. As for Lindbergh, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 13-2 win against Kirkwood on the 14th.
