Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Markesan's Seventh in Last Nine Outings

Markesan's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Berlin Indians by a score of 46-33. While the Hornets didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Markesan has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.2 points per game. As for Berlin, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
