Football Recap: Grey Hagler's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Mclean over Claude + How To Watch

McLean might've scored the first points on Friday, but it was Claude who claimed the real prize. The Tigers took a 28-24 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs. Despite 129 more yards than the Mustangs, the Tigers couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Grey Hagler, who rushed for 54 yards and one touchdown, and also caught one score. Hagler was even better on defense, picking up a sack and making 12 total tackles.

McLean is on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3. As for Claude, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

McLean has already played their next matchup, a 74-52 victory against Springlake-Earth on the 18th. As for Claude, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 50-0 win against Groom on the 19th.
