Basketball Recap: Xavier Comes Up Short

After flying high against Green Bay West last Tuesday, Xavier came back down to earth. The Xavier Hawks fell just short of the Plymouth Panthers by a score of 81-78 on Tuesday.

Xavier's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Plymouth, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3.

It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Xavier Hawks duke it out with the Menasha Bluejays at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Menasha will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Xavier surely won't give up without a fight. Plymouth and Sheboygan Falls will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
