It's playoff time, and Tri County had no trouble coming through when it counted. They skirted past the Sutton Mustangs 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Trojans have posted since October 2nd.

Sayber Hoesche paced Tri County's offense, picking up 16 kills. Hoesche got some help from Macey Gronemeyer and her 38 assists. Alaina Kopf controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

When it comes to explaining why Sutton lost on Monday, don't look at Elsa Andersen. Despite the final result, she had 13 assists and nine digs.

Tri County's victory bumped their record up to 18-14. As for Sutton, the loss snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 19-12 record.

Coincidentally, Tri County and Sutton will both be playing Exeter-Milligan/Friend the next time they take the court. The Trojans will head out to face the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Mustangs will head out to face them at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
