Edison had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Sam Houston Hurricanes as they made off with a 5-1 victory. Considering the Golden Bears have won five matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win got Edison back to even at 7-7. As for Sam Houston, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Looking ahead, Edison will head out on the road to face off against Fox Tech at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Sam Houston, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Highlands at 8:15 p.m. on Monday.
