Frederic won the last time they faced Clayton and things went their way on Saturday too. The Vikings walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bears. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Maggie Wooten paced Frederic's offense, picking up seven kills. Wooten got some help from Kenna Chenal and her seven assists. KaeAnn Gingras controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Frederic's win bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Clayton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-16.

Frederic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Colfax on the 4th. As for Clayton, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Flambeau on the 5th.
